Hapkido is a Korean Martial Art that includes a collection of self defense techniques to deal with common attacks. The practice of Hapkido usually is focused on how to control atackers and therefore does not stress tournamants or competition. It is suitable for men and women of all ages. Hap Ki Do translates as 'The Way of Co-ordinated Power.'
