Snorkelling is a sporting activity involving a snorkel, mask, fins and usually weights.
The snorkeller fins around on the surface with their head immersed in the water, watching the underwater world beneath through their mask and breathing through their snorkel tube. If they spot anything of interest, they take a breath and dive down to investigate.
